Frequently asked questions
What builders, developers, investors, personal buyers, and land teams ask before using Yield Land.
What does Yield Land search? Open
Yield Land combines parcel records, listings, zoning context, hazard layers, infrastructure distance, market context, nearby development signals, and saved search history where each country adapter supports those sources.
How are opportunities ranked? Open
Results are scored with explainable factors such as zoning fit, access and infrastructure, price/value signals, risk flags, available source coverage, and confidence. The score is a screening aid, not a replacement for source verification.
Which countries are covered? Open
The current product is shaped around Slovenia, Croatia, and the Czech Republic, with country adapters designed so additional markets can be added without changing the core search and scoring workflow.
Can I save searches and monitor markets? Open
Yes. Paid plans can save natural-language searches and filter sets. Alert-ready frequencies are stored with saved searches so monitoring can build on the same records.
Which data sources do you use? Open
Country data sources use official/open endpoints where available and explicit manual imports for listings, planning documents, and procurement feeds that do not expose a clean API. Admin operations show source health, ingestion runs, attribution, and license metadata.
Does Yield Land replace legal, planning, or engineering diligence? Open
No. Yield Land helps prioritize where to look first. Buyers and teams should verify zoning, title, permits, hazards, utilities, and commercial assumptions with official sources and qualified professionals before acting.
